Andrew's eighth grade team played again last night at home against the Chetek Bulldogs. The Barron Bears had another GREAT game! All of our boys played a lot, and almost all of the boys on the team were able to score some points. Andrew had a few great steals, an "and one", and some awesome free throws, as well as a few other shots during the game. He had a great game again last night!

Unfortunately, the rest of the night wasn't quite as fun. We watched election returns when we got home, and, even though we knew "our guy" probably wouldn't win the presidency, it was disappointing to see the results unfold. Abby, especially, was discouraged. She wanted to know why America didn't care about higher taxes, good health care, unborn babies, and owning guns! What a good Republican girl!!! Gotta love her! :-)

We were also very upset about the election results...but congrats Andrew on the awesome win!
Dido....we were very sad to watch the results of the election. I will have to tell you what Carter said about it sometime.
