Tomorrow (Saturday, Oct. 6), the puppies will be 2 weeks old! Andrew, Abby, and I took Grandma Pat to meet the puppies tonight. We also took Jack along to play with Misty......
Here is Misty and her puppies settling in just before we left...
The puppies were crawling all over their "pool" looking for their mom--it won't be long, and they will be climbing out of their little blue home!

The puppies kept sucking on our fingers tonight--this little one had a good grip on Abby's pinkie!

Jack and Misty played outside the garage together, and Misty didn't mind Jack's presence at her house at all! So, we got brave and decided to let Jack in to see his puppies. Jack went over to the box that the puppies were in, peered over the side, and promptly ran away! We then tried to get him to come see the puppies again, and he tried to dig his claws into the concrete floor in an attempt to avoid the puppies! I finally got him this close to the puppy box...
Jack would have NOTHING to do with the puppies! He was scared of them! What a weenie!!!! He was so nervous around the little puppies, that he drooled a gallon of slobber--take a close look at his snout in this picture! He did everything he could to NOT look at the puppy in my lap!

Grandma Pat liked the puppies--we told Grandpa Denny we were going to get him a puppy for his Birthday! He was thrilled with the thought--everyone knows how much mailmen LOVE dogs!

The puppies were cute and so many of them! I hope they find good homes, but ours would not be one of them :-).
