Sharp Dressed Man

Tonight was Barron High School's Junior Prom. Austin, as a freshman, was able to go this year. He and several of his friends decided to go as a group. I acted as the chauffer, although I believe they all have their licenses, except Austin! Jamie borrowed his friend, Tim's, truck for the big event. Tim took three trucks and "merged" them together to build this truck. It was HUGE! It had the desired effect, though, and the boys made their entrance into prom with the windows down and the bass blaring!

After getting dressed at our house, the guys went to Cumberland to Bona Casa for their "Prom Date" meal. They all made it through the entire meal without spilling spaghetti sauce on their tuxes!!!

After Bona Casa, we went to Brett's house for photo op's...
Here are the guys with their wheels for the night~

Chris joined us later at our house for the ride to Prom...

Of course, I thought Austin looked stunning in his tux-

After prom, I picked the guys up and they changed clothes quickly at the house before reporting back at the school for post prom. Buses will transport the kids to the Soul Garage (at our church in Rice Lake) for the night. The kids can play video games, dodge ball, eat, win prizes, watch movies, play games, and listen to Chris's band, Sweet Action, play throughout the evening. They will be back in Barron at 5:30 am tomorrow morning. Sounds like a fun night!!!

What great wheels for the 'guys' to tool around in for prom. I'm sure it is one that Austin will never forget (nor his buddies)!

I'm anxious to hear how the dance and post-prom party went.

Looks like fun....I have never seen a tuck quite like that one. I bet the Dorwin's would love it.
