Yep! Austin passed his driver's exam--he is now recognized by the State of Wisconsin as a licensed driver!

Austin thought he was quite fortunate to get "the guy" to give him his driver's exam--the lady, whom we "affectionately" call "Crabby Carol" was not giving the behind the wheel exams today. His exam lasted all of 10 minutes, and then he was back at the DMV to get his photo op! He didn't even need to demonstrate his prowess in parallel parking!!!

Tonight, we had the Barron Boy's Basketball Banquet to recognize our high school boy's basketball players. Austin received his certificate for his season of JV basketball. He was also one of five recognized for playing all four quarters of all 19 games. If I do have to say so, I am quite certain that he played the most minutes of all of the JV players. Hey, I'm just sayin'...

Good Going Austin!!!! Now keep the car between the lines and DO NOT push the pedal to the metal... we want you to keep that license.
Also good going on a great basketball season....you worked hard at it and it payed off!
